How do I login to my Real Grader Account?

Where do I see all my products from Real Grader?

Great Question! Our new dashboard integrates all your purchases in one place. Simply login to your account and find your Open Tasks and Your Products.

I can’t find one or more of my purchased products. What can I do?

What is the INSTACARD®?

  • The INSTACARD® is your digital business card, and your central hub where all of your online and social media profiles are stored. Your most recent photos, your biography, your contact information, and your reviews are displayed to summarize who you actually are, in the digital world. With a simple tap on your phone; you can choose to share your information by SMS or email to anyone.

    Your online and social links are in one place. Easy to access, and even easier to share. INSTACARD® will be your new favorite tool for your personal branding, and you’ll finally be in full control of your online presence!

    INSTACARD® automatically links to your central place of getting reviews like Zillow, Google Business or Yelp. Anybody accessing your reviews through the INSTACARD® will have access to your most recent and preferred platforms where they can read through them all! The INSTACARD® also grants your clients the ability to leave a testimonial on any of your review sites.

    When you open the INSTACARD® on a mobile device, it functions perfectly as a digital business card. When you open it on a desktop, it is a full-screen responsive website. Many of our clients love how it works on desktop- some even get a domain name and make it their primary website!

How Do I Create My INSTACARD®?

How Do I Access My INSTACARD®?

  • If you have already installed your Instacard on your mobile device, simply look up the Instacard icon in your Apps screen and open it.
  • If you have not yet installed your instacard to your mobile device, follow these steps:
    1. Go to https://account.instacard.co or https://account.realgrader.com (same destination)
    2. Click “Forgot Username / Find Instacard”
    3. Look-up your username by Name, Email or Phone
    4. After you found your Instacard account, click “Install Instacard” (from your mobile device)
    5. Follow the instructions for Installation
    6. Find Installed Instacard in your Apps screen & open it from your phone
    7. Login to your Instacard to enjoy its functionality in full

My INSTACARD® is not working. How can I fix it?

  • If you have already installed your Instacard on your mobile device, try these steps:
    • Fix Attempt 1
      1. Close all your open apps on your phone, including your Instacard app
      2. Open Instacard and Login on the account icon
      3. Test functionality
      4. If successful, enjoy your experience!
    • Fix Attempt 2
      1. Go to your Apps and find your Instacard icon
      2. Tap the icon and “UNINSTALL”
      3. Open a browser window (Safari or Chrome)
      4. Type in your Instacard URL (typically it should be the following format:

How Will Real Grader Enhance My Online Presence?

  • Personalized, cohesive branding: Our Branding Team will create banners for your profiles containing your logos, slogan, and company information so you have professional-looking cover photos on all applicable Social Media sites.
  • Profile completion: We will create any profiles you are missing, and ensure all profiles are fully completed with the most relevant and recommended information to share with your future clients. We do all the hard work for you!
  • Back-linking: We will make sure, whenever possible, that your profiles link back to your other Social Media sites. This contributes to the overall strength and relevance of your professional digital identity in the eyes of a search engine algorithm!

When Is My Onboarding Call?

  • Your Onboarding Call should have been booked at the time of the purchase of your Real Grader Optimization. If so, you will have received a text and email confirmation of your call time. If you have not received these confirmations, you may not have a call booked. To verify if your call was booked and when, follow these instructions
    1. Please login to your Real Grader dashboard at https://account.realgrader.com
    2. Go to Digital Optimization > Information & Branding
    3. On top right, read the information on the call:
      1. If the call is Scheduled, you can read date, time and your success coach name
      2. If the call is not scheduled, you will be prompted to Schedule Now.

What Do I Need to Prepare for My Onboarding Call?

  • You can access your Real Grader Account by login into your dashboard at https://account.realgrader.com . Go to OPEN TASKS and follow the instructions.
  • Please be sure to complete and submit your Information & Branding forms prior to your Onboarding call. This will ensure your coach can complete your call in the allotted time, and our teams can proceed with your Optimization as soon as possible.
  • Although it is not required, it is recommended to verify your login credentials prior to your call for your Social Media.

How Long Will My Optimization Process Take?

  • Great news! Our Optimization Process has been optimized! We can estimate most of our optimizations can be completed within 15 business days.
  • If you have an Expert Scheduled with you, the Optimization Call will take approximately 45-60 minutes. The Optimization that takes place after your Onboarding call is when the magic happens!  It can take anywhere from 2 to 15 business days on average to fully optimize your profiles.  This timeframe is a rough estimation and can be affected by a variety of factors, some of which may be out of our control, such as a site being down.
    But, one of the best ways to ensure your sites will be completed in a timely manner is to be prepared for your call by fully completing and submitting your Information & Branding forms (in your dashboard) prior to your call.
    Once your Optimization is complete, you will receive an email of completion with links to all of your Optimized profiles for you to review!  Your dashboard will also have all the information upon delivery.
  • You can access your Real Grader Account by login into your dashboard at https://account.realgrader.com .

What Should I Be Doing While I Work For My Optimization to Be Completed?

  • Your Optimization may take a bit longer than initially estimated. This timeframe may be extended based on issues that can potentially arise, such as difficulty accessing a platform for reasons out of our control. But, during this time period, we encourage you to begin working on obtaining reviews, especially for your Google Business page.
  • If you do not already do so, posting regularly is going to be a surefire way to jumpstart your online presence.

How Do I Know My Information is Safe?

  • We are very serious about keeping your personally identifiable information safe. We will never disclose or sell your information to a third party. We also provide reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect the personally identifiable information submitted to us, both during transmission and upon receipt.
  • However, the Internet is not a secure environment and we do not warrant that personally identifiable information may not be accessed, copied, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach despite the security protections undertaken by us.  We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personally identifiable information. No data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
  • During the onboarding process, we will be added as administrators wherever possible to ensure we can safely and securely access your Social Media profiles without the use of your personal login credentials, for the purpose of making edits and completing your Optimization.
  • On the sites where this is not possible, we ask that you keep your password the same until your Optimization process is complete. Thereafter, we encourage the changing of all passwords for security purposes.

I’ve Changed Brokerages. Can I Have My Social Media Updated?

  • Absolutely! Please contact https://support.realgrader.com to let us know.  We will give you a questionnaire to submit to us so we can proceed with updating your sites with everything you need to represent your new brokerage. 
  • If it has been longer than 30 days after your Optimization has been completed, there is an applicable rebranding fee.  

What is Your Cancelation/Reschedule Policy?

Due to limited availability and a high volume of clients, we encourage you to try your best to keep your appointment time as scheduled. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice. Please be aware that changes to your appointment might result in a waiting period of up to 2 weeks or more.

What is Your Late Policy?

It is important to be on time for your Onboarding call to ensure your Coach has enough time to complete the onboarding process.  A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted to account for unforeseen circumstances. Arriving 15 minutes later than your scheduled call time may result in the Onboarding call needing to be rescheduled. In such cases, you will receive a calendar link to reschedule to the next available call time, which may result in a wait time of 2 weeks or more. Please note that refunds are not available for clients who are late for their appointment

What is Your Refund Policy?

    We will offer to fully refund the Service Fees paid if you cancel the Services and request a refund within 72 hours from your purchase. We will offer to refund 50% of your paid Service Fees if you cancel the Services and request a refund within 60 days from your purchase. No refunds will be granted thereafter, although you may be issued a credit in our sole discretion which must be applied to an eligible Paid Account renewal or upgrade. No refunds will be issued to you if, in our judgment, you have derived a benefit from the Services. To be eligible for a refund or credit, you must provide written notice to billing@realgrader.com . This notice must: (a) identify your account, (b) request cancellation of the applicable Subscription and (c) request a refund or credit as applicable. The refund will be issued within 45 days from our determination that you are authorized to receive such refund.

It’s Been a While Since My Optimization Has Been Completed. Can You Make Updates On My Profiles?

  • We can make updates on your profiles for 30 days from when you are sent your completion email with a limit of 3 revisions.  More than 3 revisions or past a 30-day time period will require an additional charge.  An estimate will be provided under these circumstances.

I Have Been Restricted, Suspended, or Hacked On One of My Accounts! What Do I Do?

  • We are unable to troubleshoot your social media accounts for restrictions, account suspensions, violations of community standards, or for being hacked, as this is out of the scope of Real Grader’s ability. We cannot influence or correct anything based on any Social Media platform’s own guidelines.  In these instances, you must use the platform’s Support options.

How do I access my Influencer tools?

If you already purchased the Influencer subscription, please login to your Real Grader dashboard to access it at: https://account.realgrader.com . On the left menu, click on Influencer to drop-down the menu and find all your program features.

What is Google Local?

In short, Google Local is Google-based Pay Per Lead advertising. When a potential client searches “find a realtor near me“, we make it so you show up as a search result!

Do I Qualify for Google Local?

  • To qualify for our Google Local services, you must have an existing Google Business page that must already have a minimum of 20 reviews and a minimum of a 4-Star Rating.
  • We also require that your business has gone through a Real Grader Optimization.
  • We will need to provide proof of insurance to Google to ensure we can have you listed and approved. The minimum insurance requirement is 250k.

How Can Google Local Help My Business?

You’ve worked hard getting reviews for your Google Business page, and we want to see you reap the benefits of that work! If your Google Business page has reviews and a great rating, you should leverage them in advertising to generate more leads for your business than organic traffic alone!

Why Should I Have a Real Grader Help Me with Google Local?

  • Doing things on your own comes with a sharp learning curve. We have set up Google Local for hundreds of agents, and have the knowledge and expertise to recommend exactly what needs to be done to increase ad performance.
